Painting workshops for museums & galleries

Hands-on painting sessions for your visitors: family drop-in days, opening nights and holiday programmes, with figurines that can tie in with your collection.

Why museums book this

A workshop your visitors take home — and a reason to come back.

A painting table turns a visit into something people do, not only something they look at. We bring the figurines, the brushes, the paints and the facilitation — you bring the space and the audience.

01

Made for mixed audiences.

Children, parents, grandparents and solo visitors sit at the same table. Nobody needs experience, and everybody works at their own pace.

— All ages, one table
02

Tied to your collection.

Figurines can follow your theme: an animal collection, a historical period, a current exhibition. New models are designed on a four-to-six-week lead time.

— Your theme, in miniature
03

We run it. You host.

We handle the set-up, the materials and the facilitation, and work to a single contract. Your team keeps its hands free for the visitors.

— One contract. Done.
Picture your programme

Three questions. Three honest answers.

Three formats cover most venues. We adapt all three — but having a starting point makes the conversation 10 minutes shorter.

When?

Pick the format that fits your programme.

Question 1 of 3
Family drop-in day
Open to all visitors
Painting stations that visitors join and leave freely through the day. Figurines can tie in with your collection theme.
— The weekend favourite
Opening night
Gallery collaboration
A co-branded event for an exhibition opening or a late opening, ticketed or free.
— For galleries
Holiday programme
During school breaks
Week-long or recurring sessions during the school holidays, for families and young visitors.
— Book ahead

— Plan on a two-week lead time, and four to six weeks if you want figurines designed for an exhibition.

Who?

Bring your visitors. We adapt.

Question 2 of 3
Museums Art galleries Heritage sites Media libraries Cultural centres Science centres Family days Late openings Exhibition openings Members' events Holiday workshops School groups
From one table to a full family day — drop-in formats are open-ended: we set up painting stations and visitors come and go.
Where?

In your venue.

Question 3 of 3
Workshop room
Gallery space
Entrance hall
Garden or courtyard
+
We bring the studio to you.
Tables, seating, decent light and a sink nearby are all we need. We bring the figurines, the materials and the set-up, in Strasbourg and across Alsace.

— Water-based paints and covered tables: we leave the room as we found it.
